Not many people are aware that Alibag comes under MMRDA i.e. Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority. City planners have always envisioned Alibag as part of the natural expansion of the Mumbai region and had provided infrastructure and facilities accordingly.
A number of famous personalities across all spheres of entertainment like artists, sportspersons, actors etc. own properties in Alibag and it’s an address they proudly flaunt.
It’s a great investment destination for real estate because of the multiple infra structure projects earmarked to develop the area. This area is bound to multiply in value as the infra structure falls in place. So the earlier the investment, better the returns.
